Two simple licences
Uploaders pick one of two presets — nothing to negotiate. It's shown on every card, at checkout, and written into the agreement that ships with the files.

Cleared for monetisation
Nothing gets sold unless the uploader owns it. Every upload is declared, scanned for third-party samples, and blocked if anything uncleared turns up — so you can release and monetise without a legal mishap.
